Fan Drive^®

Fan Drive^® is a fluid clutch to adequately control rotation frequency of the fan for engine cooling. Temperature-sensitive bi-metal, which detects air temperature passing through the radiator, controls working silicone oil volume in the drive so that fan rotation frequency is kept adequately in controlled manner. It works to maintain the heat balance of the engine cooling system within a range and helps increase fuel economy and decrease fan noise, as well. The combination of our Plastic Cooling Fan with Fan Drive^® could offer improved cooling performance with higher reliability. From light duty to heavy duty trucks, USUI had commercialized various sizes of fan drives according to required cooling capacities on various engine out-put. At any time, for almost all sizes of engines, the best combination of fan and fan drive can be provided within USUI standard items.
